YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
Yoga practitioners can achieve a connectivity of body with mind and soul and ultimately with the divine and supreme power of universe or cosmos.
Beginners can start yoga with the micro movements of Yoga. There are 51 micro movements of Yoga from which are connected with head from upper part of human body up to the lower part of body too. These are called Suksham Vyayam — सूक्ष्म व्यायाम. These Sukshma Pranayam typically refers to a gentle foundational practice of yoga combining subtle micro movements or sukshma vyayam with slow and steady breathing (Pranayam patterns) to loosening of joints, clear the energy blockages and calm the mind before you start deeper yogic breathing and practices of posture or Asanas. These includes firstly neck movements, eye and face movements shoulder rotations-movements, hip and joint movements, finger movements, synchronized deep breathing and relaxation techniques, etc.
When we exercise, our mood improves. When we manage stress, our relationships become healthier. When we spend time in nature, our minds become calmer.
